• Upcycle Tip - Get a head start on your garden! Repurpose your empty Honeycomb Traveler as a seed starter. Simply fill with potting soil and plant with your favorite herb or vegetable seed. Water as needed.
• Candle Care & Safety - Be sure to burn your 20 Hour Beeswax Blend Votive in the proper glass container for optimum burn. Root's 20 Hour Beeswax Blend Votives are made to liquefy. Always burn votives in an appropriate holder, and also on a protected, non-combustible, heat-resistant surface. Never burn free standing.

• Returns accepted by mail and in-store within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be unused with proof of purchase provided.
• Opened food items are non-refundable.
• A flat rate cost of $9.95 will  be deducted from your refund for returns.
• Once a return is received please allow 7-14 days to process and 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
• We do not offer item exchanges for online orders at this time. To exchange an item for a new style/color you must return unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refunded to the original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.
• Arrive by dates requested for orders will be noted by our fulfillment team but are not guaranteed due to federal holidays, demand, weather, available inventory and other unforeseen events.
• Orders cannot be canceled due to items arriving past a desired date.
• Custom ordered items are non-refundable and at our sole discretion if they are considered custom due to the varying nature of each of our makers we work with.
