Dishwasher (avoid high heat), Freezer, Microwave and Oven Safe. Our stoneware is oven safe up to 500 degrees. We recommend hand washing our collections including real gold and platinum; please note they are not microwave safe. Avoid cleaners that may contain citrus. For pieces that contain a non-ceramic component, such as the Soap Pumps or Tiered Server, we recommend hand-wash only. Metal markings on ceramics—While not common, metal trail markings do periodically occur on the stoneware surface over time dependent on your flatware. This is not due to a manufacturing defect in our ceramics. These marks are not scratches, but steel residue on top of the glaze left by stainless steel flatware. Using a combination of citrus cleansers and high heat in your dishwasher can lead to more prominent metal markings.

• Returns accepted by mail and in-store within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be unused with proof of purchase provided.
• Opened food items are non-refundable.
• A flat rate cost of $9.95 will  be deducted from your refund for returns.
• Once a return is received please allow 7-14 days to process and 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
• We do not offer item exchanges for online orders at this time. To exchange an item for a new style/color you must return unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refunded to the original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.
• Arrive by dates requested for orders will be noted by our fulfillment team but are not guaranteed due to federal holidays, demand, weather, available inventory and other unforeseen events.
• Orders cannot be canceled due to items arriving past a desired date.
• Custom ordered items are non-refundable and at our sole discretion if they are considered custom due to the varying nature of each of our makers we work with.
