Raw Creamed Honey Crostini

Our raw creamed honey is extremely versatile and anything but plain! We like to add it to Greek yogurt, spread it on toast, or use it to sweeten coffee and tea. The possibilities are endless! For this Perfect Pairing we put together a crostini recipe with berries and goat cheese, perfect for parties or just for treating yourself!  

Raw Creamed Honey Crostini



-Fresh Baguette

-Olive Oil

-Stubbees Raw Creamed Honey

-6-8 oz Goat Cheese

-Fresh Mixed Berries and/or Halved Grapes

-Slivered Almonds or Pistachios (optional)

-1 or 2 Sprigs of Rosemary


1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Cut baguette into thin slice and brush with olive oil. Spread on a sheet pan and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are golden.

2. Drizzle honey on toasted baguette slices and then spread with goat cheese.

3. Sprinkle nuts (if using) on top of the goat cheese and add a few berries or halved grapes to each one.  

4. Finally, sprinkle with rosemary and enjoy!
