Mango Habañero Pasta Salad

With the heat of summer arriving. Homes are filled with the smells of barbecue from the grill, backyards filled with picnic tables and homes filled with family luncheons. We have innovated another classic recipe with health in mind and those who crave a little something with a spicy persuasion on their plate. Our Mango Habañero Infused Honey is to die for if we do say so ourselves! Here is what you will need.

1 lb. of Pasta, cooked

1 C of Red Bell Pepper, diced

1 C of Red Onion, diced

1 C of Arugula, chopped

1 C of Fresh Mango, chopped

¼ C of Mango Habanero Honey

¼ C of Olive Oil

¼ C of Fresh Cilantro, chopped

¼ C of Apple Cider Vinegar

Garlic Powder (to taste)

Sea Salt (to taste)

Black Pepper (to taste)


  1. Bring a pot to boil and cook your pasta.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, red bell pepper, red onion, arugula and mango together.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the mango habanero honey, olive oil, cilantro, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper. Mix it together.
  4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and stir.
  5. Place in the fridge a few hours before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
