Fresh Mango Salsa

Summer is coming and we couldn't be more excited about it! In the spirit of preparedness we whipped up this super refreshing mango salsa which is the perfect thing to bring to a cookout or just to have as an afternoon snack. It's sure to be a people pleaser since it is gluten free and the recipe is easy to adjust to accommodate your taste. It's quick to prepare and super tasty! 


- 1 Ripe Mango

- 1/2 English Cucumber

- 1/2 Red Onion

- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro

- 1 Jalapeno (optional)

- Juice from 1/2 Lime

- 1/2 Tbsp Stubbees Mango Raw Whipped Honey

- Freshly Ground Black Pepper


Dice mango, cucumber, red onion and combine in large bowl. Chop cilantro and add to salsa (alternatively you can use 5-7 sprigs of fresh mint if you are not a fan of cilantro). Seed and dice jalapeno and add to bowl if you are using. Squeeze in the juice from 1/2 a lime. Gently stir in honey but be careful not to over mix so that the mango doesn't get mushy or bruised. Finally, grind some black pepper over the top. Salsa is best when it's been chilled in the refrigerator. Serve with your favorite corn chips or crackers!
