1/2 C of Organic Cane Sugar
1/4 C of Lavender Infused Honey
1 C of Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1/2 C of Almond Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 tsp of @pelindabalavender Fresh Lavender (optional)
Cinnamon Honey Lavender Glaze
1/4 C of Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsps of @picnikshop Creamer
1 Tbsp of Lavender Honey
1 tsp of Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a bread loaf pan with coconut oil.
In a large mixing bowl, using your hand mixer, mix together the bananas, egg, cane sugar and honey.
Add in both flours, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.
Fold in vanilla extract and fresh lavender.
Pour into bread loaf pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until completely cooked.
*Optional - top with cinnamon honey lavender glaze. Just mix the ingredients and drizzle over bread!
